Day 1: Quito
Upon arrival our representative will meet and escort you to the hotel. Balance of day at leisure.
Day 2: Quito
Breakfast. This morning your comprehensive city tour includes visits to residential neighborhoods at the northern end of the city, visiting the Guapulo Mirador, passing through the 12 of October Avenue up to the Culture House and the Legislative Palace (Congress) where the rock murals that are related to the history of Ecuador can be appreciated. The tour will then continue through the Gran Colombia Avenue up to the Basilica Church, where you will make a brief stop and next, the San Juan Mirador from where you will have a beautiful sight of The Colonial Quito. After walking through the colonial streets you will then stop at the Independence Plaza admiring the Cathedral, the Governments Palace, and the Archiepiscopal palace. Furthermore, you will visit The Company Church where adornments and gold altars can be appreciated, a visit to the Sagrario Church and San Francisco Church, which was built during the 17th century. And then, you will be heading to the Panecillo Mirador, the most famous hill of Quito, from where a sight of the colonial and modern Quito will be taken. You will then be heading up to the Middle of the World City where the monument that divides the Northern Hemisphere from the Southern one will be visited. It was built during the XVII century when a French Expedition defined the precise location of the equatorial line. The Ethnographic Museum can be also be visited.
Day 3: Quito - Galapagos-Santa Cruz Island – Highlands
After Breakfast, you will board your flight from Quito or Guayaquil , you arrive to Baltra airport. Upon your arrival you will meet your guide and be transferred to the Monserrat. Once you are accommodated, lunch will be served on board.
In the afternoon prepare yourself to visit the Highlands of Santa Cruz where you will enjoy a nice view of the Galapagos Tortoises in their natural habitat from Rancho Primicias .
Once we finish the afternoon activity we will return to the Monserrat for dinner and overnight. (All Meals on Board)

Day 4: Galapagos: South Plazas Island, Santa Fe Island
After breakfast, Get ready to visit South Plazas Island. This is one of two small islands that are just off the eastern coast of Santa Cruz. A dry landing on a jetty brings you to an Opuntia Cactus forest where many land iguanas can be spotted. A one kilometer circuit will lead you through sea lion colonies and along a cliff-top walk along where swallow tailed gulls and other species nest.
After this visit we will return to the yacht for lunch.
After a Break and possible a quick nap , in the afternoon, visit Santa Fe Island which is a 24sq km island that lies about 20km southeast of Santa Cruz. Its English name is Barrington. The Monserrat will anchor in an attractive bay on the northern shore. A short 300 meter trail takes us to one of the tallest stands of Opuntia Cactus in the island. From this point we can look out for endemic land iguanas. Other attractions include a sea lion colony which will accompany you while you snorkel.
Once we finish the afternoon activity we will return to the
Monserrat for dinner and sleep.

Evening Landing: Wet. Difficulty: Medium. Activities: Hike through gravel and some loose rocks, Snorkel, Beach Time, and Dinghy Ride.
Day 5: (SA) San Cristobal Island - Punta Pitt, Isla Lobos
After Breakfast, get ready to explore Punta Pitt on the northeastern part of the island. Here we will find unique volcanic formations. This area is also a nesting site for all three species of the Galapagos boobies: Blue-footed, Red-footed, and Nazca. Punta Pitt is also home to an endemic species of lava lizard.
After this visit we will return to yacht for lunch.
In the afternoon we will head down the western coast of San Cristobal down to Isla Lobos (Sea Lion Island). This basalt island is located across a small channel off the coast of San Cristobal and is home to a noisy population of frolicking and barking Sea Lions. It is also a nesting place for blue-footed boobies and an excellent spot for snorkeling.
Once we finish the afternoon activity we will return to the Monserrat for dinner and overnight

Inclines, may be slippery at times.
Evening Landing: Wet. Difficulty: Medium. Activities: Hike through rocky paths, snorkeling.
Breakfast. Our representative will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport at the indicated time for your flight back home.(B)
After Breakfast, get ready to visit Charles Darwin Interpretation Center where we can walk through the Galapagos Islands’ volcanic origins, its first human settlements and the great challenges we face ahead. After this visit you may have a little free time in town.
Afternoon transfer to the Island Airport, San Cristobal Island for your flight to Quito. Upon arrival in Quito transfer to your hotel. (All Meals on Board)

Day 7: Quito - USA
Breakfast. Our representative will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport to take your flight at the indicated time.
